WALOCEL We represent Wolff Cellulosics, Germany (A Bayer Material Science company) in India and market high quality Cellulose Ethers. The product is Methyl Hydroxy Ethyl Cellulose (MHEC) with special grades for ?Construction Sector? and ?Paints Application?. The primary application is for controlling the ?Rheology? of the mortar. Key benefits are:  To improve the consistency of the mortar  To improve the ?Water Retention?  To increase ?open-time?.  To improve the ?workability? of the mortar, during application. Walocel M products (Methyl Hydroxy Ethyl Cellulose: MHEC) are MODIFIED for the specific requirements of the ?Construction? applications. 3: Specialty Natural Fibers - ARBOCEL This is a very special ?additive? for improving the quality of various ?Construction sector? products. The fibers are made in Germany by our principals: J. Rettenmaier & Sohne, by a highly sophisticated patented technology. They are used as ?multi-functional additives? to impart following properties to mortars:  Crack-resistance during curing stage  Delayed skin formation  Better open time  Improved thixotropy. For the ?Building Chemistry? application, we recommend grades based on the objectives and formulations of our customers. 4: Silane-based Hydrophobic Agent: ELOTEX SEAL 80 ELOTEX SEAL 80 is a new-generation silane-based hydrophobic agent in powder form. It imparts following properties to ?dry mix mortars?:  Excellent water repellence.  Reduced water absorption. Unlike conventional hydrophobic agents, ELOTEX SEAL 80 shows:  Excellent mixing behavior in the fresh mortar.  Hydrophobicity is observed across the entire mortar and NOT ?only on the surface?. Ciment Fondu Kerneos Aluminate Technologies (Formerly Lafarge Aluminates) have been producing ?Ciment Fondu? for the past 100 years. Ciment Fondu is a normal setting, rapid hardening High Alumina Cement (HAC). It is composed of calcium aluminates with the following characteristics:  High early strength and High compressive strength  High abrasion resistance After one day, the compressive strength is higher than that of high grade Portland cements CEM I 52.5 R after 28 days. 6: Poraver Glasss Granulates Poraver glass granulates are purely mineral light weight aggregates, developed by Dennert Poraver GmbH as a consequence of several years ?research. They are extremely fine-pored, creamy white, spherical beads (granulates) with very low bulk density and are available in 0.04 ? 0.5 mm sizes. Their thermal conductivity is 0.08 W/mK. It is widely used as dispersing agent and retarding agent in the Concrete Admixtures industry, 8: Other ?Performance Additives?
