Dabir Industries is the leading manufacturers, wholesale suppliers and exporters of precision machined components, polymer distribution plates, aluminium copper & soft steel gaskets.

Dabir Industries was founded in year 1989, and today we are associated with conglomerates like Reliance Industries, Godrej, Cipla, Lupin Lab, Ipca Lab, Unidentend and others for their precision job manufacturing and other process.

Since last 15 years, our main thrust is on import substitution, To overcome the competitiveness, conventional manufacturing system has been added by CNC's, and we at Dabir Industries installed CNC turning centers and vertical machining center. With CNC's not only machining time has reduced, but also manpower, and excellent repetitive accuracy's can be achieved. This we could guarantee total quality products with 100% interchangeability.

Having substantial cumulative experience in tooling and high precision machined components, we started manufacturing of items confirming to customers. Many companies in petro-chemical, man made fibers, pharmaceutical industries discontinued import of various assemblies and spares, for their imported machines, as they are fully satisfied with our supplied products in all respect.

We at Dabir Industries also manufacture & supply the items which need hard chrome, stirliting, plasma coating (chrome oxide aluminum Oxide, Cupro nickel, Molybdenum etc).Except coating operation which being allotted to our selected vendors. Pre & post machining is being carried out in house.

Often most of the orders are being executed under third party inspection agencies, where all the records of material stage wise inspection, design changes if any along with dispatch release notes are being maintained by us. We have our in house inspection dept. Having all precession measuring instruments.
